Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Hushot, an on-device photo editor for iPhone. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app is provided by Shanghai jingruikang technology co., ltd. (“we”, “us”). Contact us at the address at the bottom of this page.
The service
Hushot lets you crop, filter, redact, draw on, add text and watermarks to photos, save reusable editing flows, apply a flow to several photos at once, and export the results. Editing runs entirely on your device; there is no server-side processing of your images and no cloud AI.
We may change or discontinue features. We will not remove a paid feature you have already paid for during the current subscription period, and we will give reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces functionality.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you edit. We claim no ownership over them and we do not use them for any purpose. You are responsible for having the right to edit and share the photos you use, and for complying with any applicable law when you do.
The photos you import are copied into the app's private storage on your device. Deleting the app removes them. Exported files are written to the destination you choose.
Subscriptions
Hushot offers a free tier and an optional auto-renewable subscription sold through the App Store. The free tier includes single-photo editing without limits. The subscription unlocks reusable editing flows and batch processing.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and restore a previous purchase with “Restore Purchases” in the app's settings.
Prices shown in the app are the prices Apple returns for your storefront and region. We may change prices going forward; a price change does not affect a subscription you have already purchased until it renews.
Trial eligibility and trial length are determined by Apple and may vary by region and account history. If a trial is offered, it begins when you subscribe and the subscription starts when the trial ends, unless you cancel beforehand.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy. Where the law requires it, we will also honour cancellations and refunds.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Hushot to break the law, or to infringe anyone's rights.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.
- Do not interfere with the app's operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
Disclaimer
Hushot is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Manual redaction reduces the readability of what it covers; it does not make the underlying pixels unrecoverable. We do not warrant that any particular image, watermark or redaction will produce a particular result, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or the amount required by law.
Termination
You can stop using Hushot at any time. If you breach these terms, we may suspend your access. Your subscriptions are handled by Apple; cancelling a subscription ends future renewals but does not terminate access during a period you have already paid for.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The updated date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes will also be mentioned in the app's release notes on the App Store. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

服务内容
Hushot 让你裁剪、加滤镜、手动打码、画笔、文字与水印，保存可复用的处理流，把一条处理流批量套用到多张照片，并导出成品。全部编辑在本机完成：你的图片不经服务端处理，也不使用云端 AI。
我们可能调整或下线部分功能。已付费用户当前订阅周期内的功能不会被移除；涉及功能实质减少的变更我们会提前合理告知。
你的内容
你对编辑的照片保留全部权利。我们不主张所有权，也不把它们用于任何用途。你需要自行确保对所编辑和分享的照片拥有相应权利，并遵守适用法律。
导入的照片会被拷贝一份到 App 在你设备上的私有存储里。删除 App 会一并删除它们；导出的文件写到你选择的目标位置。
订阅
Hushot 提供免费版与可选的自动续期订阅（经 App Store 销售）。免费版包含不限次数的单图编辑；订阅解锁可复用的处理流与批量处理。
订阅在每个周期结束时自动续期，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。你可以在「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」管理或取消订阅，也可以用 App 设置里的「恢复购买」取回此前的购买。
App 内显示的价格是 Apple 按你的商店与地区返回的价格。我们可能调整后续价格；价格调整不影响你已购买订阅的当前周期，到续期时才生效。
试用资格与试用时长由 Apple 决定，可能因地区与账户历史而不同。若提供试用，试用从你订阅时开始，试用结束后订阅自动转为付费，除非你在此之前取消。
退款按 Apple 的退款政策处理；法律要求的情况下，我们也会配合取消与退款。
可接受的使用
- 不得用 Hushot 违法或侵犯他人权利。
- 除法律允许的情形外，不得逆向工程、转售或再分发本 App。
- 不得干扰 App 运行或试图未经授权访问 App。
免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内，Hushot 按「现状」提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保。手动打码的作用是降低被遮盖内容的可读性，**并不能**让底层像素不可还原。我们不保证任何特定图片、水印或打码一定产生某个特定结果，也不保证 App 一定不中断或不出错。
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们因 App 产生或与之相关的全部赔偿责任，以你在提出索赔前十二个月内为我们支付的金额与法律要求的金额两者中的较高者为限。
终止
你可以随时停止使用 Hushot。若你违反本条款，我们可能中止你的访问。订阅由 Apple 处理：取消订阅会停止后续续期，但不终止你已付费周期内的使用权。
条款变更
我们可能更新本条款。更新时页面顶部的日期会跟着变；有实质变更时也会写进 App Store 上的版本说明。变更后继续使用即表示你接受更新后的条款。
